  • VAT registration

    All companies that are trading and making revenue of more than R1 million are required by law to register for VAT with SARS. Please note that companies can also voluntarily register for VAT even if the Revenue is less than R1 million rand. We can assist with that process. Due to complications at SARS, this service is suspended till further notice.

If all employees earn less than R5300 per month, you are only required to register for UIF SDL - All companies with the total payroll (total amount paid to all employees in the company) of more than R500 000 are required by law to register for and contribute SDL.
